On the newest list of the pelagic ship in Norway we saw that new ship Cetus was fishing pretty well. has now fish over 10.000 tons,

but who is Cetus?

Cetus R-1-K was build in Fitjar Mekaniske Verksted AS in Norway. ore FMV. This company is not far away from Bergen in Norway.

and was design by Salt Ship Design AS

Cetus is 65 meters long, 14 meters wide and 8,3 meters depth

The engine ia MAK 4500 bhp, ore 3355 KW.

Cetus R-1-K has 8 tanks for fish, like herring, blue whiting and more. and the tanks are 1560 M3.

that means about 1700 tons of fish in the tanks

the ship has 3 trawl winch and each can pull 65 tons.
